Ashleigh Walters is a leader, engineer, and problem-solver who has spent her career helping organizations navigate change and build stronger cultures.
After relocating her family to Erie, Pennsylvania, Ashleigh played a key role in revitalizing a half-century-old, family-owned manufacturing business in the Rust Belt. With a background in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, she brought a coach-style approach to leadership — modernizing systems, strengthening collaboration, and fostering continuous improvement in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Today, Ashleigh continues to work in boardrooms as a speaker, executive coach, and board member, helping leaders think more clearly about people, culture, and long-term performance.
Alongside her professional work, Ashleigh is also the mom of two high school football players navigating the increasingly complex world of college recruiting. Seeing the parallels between business and athletics — evaluation, fit, culture, and communication — has expanded her perspective on leadership development. She is especially passionate about the untapped opportunity to better support coaches, the leaders who shape young athletes both on and off the field.
Whether in the boardroom or the bleachers, Ashleigh believes leadership is about making things better — for people, for teams, and for what comes next.
